Dominique Simmons-Carvajal works as a grant coordinator in the public school district, where she works to help provide equal opportunities and exposure for low income students and families related to college and career readiness. Simmons-Carvajal is the founder and owner of Mindset Warrior Coaching and a business partner to the non profit organization Trinity 180, where the focus is to rebuild the foundation of the youth and family through bridging the gap to resources and mental health services.
